This policy explains how Agent Industries LLC (“Agent Industries”, “we”) handles information on this website (agentindustries.ai), in the Wellspring platform (wellspring.agentindustries.ai), and in Wellspring text messages.
Information we collect
On this website
- Usage data. We use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to record pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, and how you reached the site.
- Contact requests. When you contact us, we collect your work email and anything else you choose to give: name, company, role, phone number, the topics you select, and your message.
- Public business information. When you enter a work email in a form on this site, we look up public professional and company information (such as your role and your company’s description) from a business-data provider, so the form can fill in your details and suggest relevant workflows. You can edit or remove what it finds.
In Wellspring
- Account information. Your name, email address, sign-in details, and the organizations you belong to.
- Customer content. Documents, workflow inputs and outputs, messages, and other content that you and your organization put into Wellspring. Your organization controls this content, and we process it to provide Wellspring to them.
- Security and usage records. Records of sign-ins and actions taken in Wellspring, kept for security, audit, and reliability.
Text messaging
- Your mobile number, whether it is verified, and when you opted in or out.
- Texts sent to you and texts you send to a Wellspring number, with their delivery status.
How we use information
- To provide, secure, and support Wellspring and this website.
- To respond to your contact request and follow up about your business.
- To send the texts and emails you asked for, such as verification codes, approval requests, and run notices.
- To understand how the website is used and to improve it.
- To meet legal obligations and to enforce our agreements.
We do not sell personal information.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that process it for us under contract, with your organization when you use its Wellspring account, and when the law requires it. Our service providers include:
- Hosting and infrastructure: Amazon Web Services (Wellspring) and Vercel (this website).
- Sign-in: Clerk.
- Workflow processing: Temporal Technologies.
- AI models, when you or your organization use AI features: Amazon Bedrock, Anthropic, OpenAI, and OpenRouter.
- Email: Amazon Simple Email Service.
- Text messages: Telnyx.
- Web research and business data: Apollo (through Treg), Tavily, and TinyFish.
- Website analytics and storage: Google Analytics and Upstash.
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
Text messaging
We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We text you only after you verify your number and agree in Wellspring. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. The SMS Terms describe the program in full.
How long we keep information
Contact requests made on this website are kept for 30 days in the website’s store and then removed from it; a copy may remain in the email we receive about your request. Wellspring keeps account and customer content for as long as your organization’s account is active or as its agreement with us requires. Security records are kept for the periods our security program requires.
Security
We encrypt information in transit and at rest, restrict access to people who need it, and keep records of access. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information.
Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP, or turn texts off in Wellspring under Settings → Profile.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in a message, or contact us.
- Cookies: block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- Access, correction, and deletion: email us. If your information is part of an organization’s Wellspring account, we may refer your request to that organization.
Children
This website and Wellspring are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. If a change is material, we will give notice in Wellspring or by email.
